Don’t think that furniture is right for you and your home? Realized too late that you wanted to go with that other sofa? No worries!
We will be happy to replace the product or provide a refund excluding shipping costs.

As long as you notify us within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order, we will be able to replace the product or refund you. All return requests made after 15 days from the delivery date will no longer be accepted.

Delivery and Pickup
After we are notified of your return or exchange request, we will promptly arrange the pickup of the product and have it shipped back to our warehouse.
The pickup and return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your store credit refund.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
Upon receipt of the returned product, our staff will inspect the furniture’s condition.
Please take note of the following limitations that apply to our return policy:
- If the item is damaged, soiled, modified, or is not in its unused condition, Jovili reserves the right to decline the refund or replacement request, unless the damage or defect was sustained during transit.
- Customers are required to include the original packaging when returning an order.
As soon as the returned product passes inspection, we will immediately begin the replacement process or issue your store credit.
Jovili reserves the right to withhold the refund or replacement process until we receive the item in our warehouse.
For replacement requests, if the item you requested is not available or is out of stock, we will issue you store credit so you can choose from our catalog again and place a new order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All return shipping fees will automatically be deducted from the store credit refund.
For all orders after there will be a 20% return processing fee that will be deducted from your store credit refund.
In the event that the item you received is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt or not more than 48 hours after the delivery is made. We also ask that you send us a photo of the item’s damage or defect when you contact us.
If you prefer to receive a different product instead of a replacement of the original item you ordered, you can opt to receive a store credit. You can then use the credit to order and purchase the item you prefer. If the price of the new item will exceed your credit, you will just need to pay the difference.
All of our furniture comes with a one year warranty. For sofas, the warranty covers the frame and foam, but not the fabric. The customer will be entirely responsible for the care of the sofa’s fabric.
To avail of our warranty, please make sure to keep the original receipt of your purchase as this will be required when you make a warranty request.
